ITC’s TurboRater - How to Install

1. Download Arrowhead Exchange Bridge [6MB]
2. During the File Download process, choose to "Save this program to disk". Please remember where you save the "Setup.exe" file in the "Save As" window. We suggest saving the file to the Desktop on your computer.
3. After the file has completed downloading to your local machine, you will need to run the "Setup.exe" file. Find the file on your local machine and double click on the file.
4. Follow the instructions during the Setup process. When asked to "Select Destination Directory", we suggest using the default of C:\Program Files\Arrowhead\NAL. When asked to "Select Start Menu Folder", we suggest Arrowhead Bridge. Once the install is complete, start your local copy of TurboRater.
5. From the menu at the top of the screen, choose "Tools" and then "Agency Management Setup."
6. In the new window, click on the "New" button.
7. For "System Name," type: Arrowhead Exchange
8. For "Executable Name," type:

   C:\Progra~1\Arrowhead\NAL\Bridge\ITC.bat

9. For "Bridge Format," select: Turbo Tags 2.0
10. Click on "OK."
11. Click on "Apply" and then "OK."
    

ITC’s TurboRater - How to Use

1. From the application preview screen, choose "Breakdown," then "Send To," and then "Arrowhead
2. Log into Arrowhead Exchange by entering your Producer Code, Username and Password.
3. Complete the application process
